Strategy Operations Coordinator
Role Overview
As a Strategy Operations Coordinator at Growth & Investment Agencies Ltd, you will ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives by managing project logistics, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and maintaining the operational backbone that supports our advisory work across African markets.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for strategy engagements
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between Strategy, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to align on objectives and deliverables
Data & Reporting: Compile and update dashboards tracking project KPIs, budgets, and milestones
Workflow Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to enhance team productivity
Documentation & Templates: Develop and maintain standardized templates, playbooks, and knowledge‑management systems
Meeting Facilitation: Organize and support workshops, steering‑committee meetings, and client check‑ins
Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project risks, escalate as needed, and coordinate mitigation actions
Onboarding & Training: Assist in onboarding new team members and deliver training on tools and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field
2–4 years of experience in project or operations coordination, preferably within consulting or professional services
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Jira)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to synthesize information clearly
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation development
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to process accuracy and continuous improvement
Collaborative attitude and comfort working across diverse teams and geographies
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Certification in project management (PMP, Prince 2 Foundation)
Experience with data‑visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with strategy‑consulting methodologies and frameworks
Knowledge of African market dynamics or previous exposure to on‑the‑ground projects
Ability to work independently and proactively identify operational enhancements
Compensation
Salary Range: USD 50,000 – 60,000 per year
