Email Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Coordinator at Growth & Investment Agencies Ltd, you will design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions across our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end‑to‑end email campaigns: planning, segmentation, copywriting, design, and deployment

  • Build and maintain subscriber lists with clean data hygiene, using tags, segments, and suppression lists

  • Create compelling, on‑brand email content (newsletters, drip sequences, promotional blasts) in collaboration with design and content teams

  • Implement A/B tests for subject lines, send times, calls‑to‑action, and layout to continually improve metrics

  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; troubleshoot issues such as bounces and spam complaints

  • Maintain and refine automation workflows (welcome series, re‑engagement, lead‑nurture) in the ESP or marketing‑automation platform

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with email‑marketing regulations and best practices (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, Data Protection Act)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with email‑marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive email content

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and making data‑driven decisions

  • Familiarity with list‑growth strategies and data‑segmentation techniques

  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance concepts

  • Excellent project‑management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and lead‑scoring models

  • Experience with marketing‑automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Pardot)

  • Understanding of on‑page deliverability factors and sender‑reputation management

  • Creative flair for design and attention to visual consistency

  • Strong collaboration skills and proactive communication

Compensation

Salary Range: USD 40,000 – 50,000 per year
